The “ThinQ” (pronounced “Thin-Cue”) superscript on the product name refers to LG’s AI software. In the hyper-competitive smartphone market LG has gone to great lengths to differentiate themselves through experimentation with their smartphone handsets. What makes it different is the built-in ThinQ AI software that takes top-of-the-line hardware and makes it feel alive.
